What are your hours?
We are typically open from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Monday through Friday, and one hour prior to each performance.

Where are you located?
The George Street Box Office is located in front of the Sottile Theatre at 44 George Street, Charleston SC 29403.

When can I pick up WILL CALL tickets?
WILL CALL tickets can be picked up during normal box office hours or 1 hour prior to the performance time. The box office is typically open from 10 AM to 4 PM Monday through Friday and one hour prior to each performance.

Where can I pick up my will-call tickets?
WILL CALL tickets can be picked up at the George Street Box Office window outside the Sottile Theatre at 44 George Street, Charleston SC 29403.

What do I need to bring to pick up my will-call tickets?
Please bring a photo ID or your confirmation email.

Where can I find my Print at Home tickets?
Every ticket purchase receives an email confirming your purchase. If you chose the "Print at Home" option, you will receive a second email with the subject line "Your Print at Home Tickets Have Arrived". On a computer or smartphone, click "Download PDF" and print each of the PDF tickets. Bring your printed tickets to the event to be admitted.

Where can I find my Mobile tickets?
If you chose the "Mobile Delivery" option, you will receive a second email with the subject line "Your Mobile Tickets Have Arrived". On your smartphone, click "Add to Wallet" and the tickets will be saved to your mobile device. If you have issues saving them to your wallet, you may click "Download PDF" and you may print them out.

Can I purchase Athletics tickets through the George Street Box Office?
The College of Charleston Athletic Ticket Office handles ticketing for all athletic events. You can contact the Athletic Ticket Office at 843.953.COFC or athleticstickets@cofc.edu. The George Street Box Office handles tickets for all non-athletic College of Charleston events and events that take place on campus.

What are your ticket fees?
A ticket fee of $3-$7 is applied to every paid ticket, which goes toward box office operating costs.

What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept checks, cash, or credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express)

May I get a refund or exchange my ticket?
All sales are final but if seats are available, you may exchange tickets within the same event to an alternate performance date/time. Additional fees may apply.

When should I arrive for the event?
Doors usually open one hour before each show and we begin seating 30 minutes before showtime. Late arrivals may be asked to wait in the lobby until a performance break.

Where can I park?
Parking varies for each venue; however, parking for the GSBO is available in parking garages at 89 St. Phillip St., 34 St. Phillip St., and 81 Wentworth St. Street. Parking is also available at metered street parking near the box office. Garage and parking meter rates apply.
